Return policy

Our refund policy is always according to a previous coordination with the client, there is no refund of the money once the package has been sent, with exceptions (prior agreement)

To be eligible for a product return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as it was received. It must also be in the original packaging. Once the product has been received, the state of the product will be checked and the money returned immediately.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
If you have not yet received a refund, first verify your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially published.
Then contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is issued.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
